That's what I thought however a number of sites including http://bluetongueskinks.net suggest care with damp substrates.
I was thinking about adding a small drainage layer as well. Ether fibre-screen covered hydro-balls or an egg-crate grid. I know she's going to burrow but I wonder if she'd go so far as to try and dig through the screen.

I wouldn't worry about it too much coco fibre holds a fair ammount of water but it's within the substrate not generally sitting in the open or puddles. just keep it moist and not soaked and it should pose no issue.
