Discussed the Covad 19 issue and possibly changing things up for the spring show based on the situation from the government. If vendors are wanting a full refund it will be available, if they want to keep it for the fall show that is an option as well.
Electrical work discussed just a small issue with the power source of having to install a new power source for $350 buck to have the electrician come in and install it into their power panel at the venue. Sound system same as before but with 4 speakers for better coverage $200.
Voting on the extra cost to power, the vote was unanimous
Andrea wants to rectify a receipt for Myrna’s work cost and alleviate the free table.
2 part vote
1st vote resending Myrna having a free table voted on. Voted 9 passes 1 against
2nd vote is to have we pay Myrna $150 for her work, and she pays her own table if she wants. Voted 9 passed 1 against
Stan Shults wanting to come to the show but is inquiring into a booth. So an option would be to give a free table and Stan pays the offset of the booth if that is what he wants and okay with it. If not then just a free table.
Education posters to be voted to have for the education table at the expo, to get made up and purchased for our use. With digital copies(which are free online) as well as posters from Anatomikascience.
