The Alberta Reptile and Amphibian Society Meeting Minutes for Saturday June 20th 2020

Saturday June 20th, Soccer field  at Midsun Community center.

Meeting notes:

Discussed a new idea for the memberships which is to take $5.00 from every new and every renewal, and donate it to a conservation group.  Discussed voted and passed unan

Discussed perks for members online, to have with vendors and stores, tabled for another discussion.

Discussed giving a free membership renewal for all coming up out of date memberships up for renewal. We as a group give a free renewal because of the current year situation with having no expos or other events happening. Voted and passed unan

Discussed getting new TARAS banners and signs made up with the groups new logo. New signs and stands, number of signs needed would be 5. Brandon talking to myrna about possibly doing the signs finding out cost and printing costs.  Voted and passes to get new signs done once costs and are getting done is figured out, tabled till the next meeting for information.

Discussed talking to the venue about hanging a sign from outside the building, tabled till the next meeting or until discussed with the venue.

Discussed getting care sheets done and up online again, get them sorted out and new info and easy read. Talking to venders, breeders and vets to see what they have to add for care sheets. Then work on adding them to the website.
