I guess these guys were born last night sometime cause they sure as heck weren't there when I did rounds last night.... The parent creature pictured here could easily fit on a nickel.....

Nice pictures Joe. The Solifugids are incredible and nasty little buggers. Gotta like that nice, yet very creepy surprise you got there.

Heh, is there any way to get the larger Solifugids in Alberta? I kinda prefer the nice big ones myself. Nasty little buggers.

Galeodes arabs IS the largest Solifugid to my knowledge. This is also the first time I've actually seen them for sale here. That isnt to say there isnt someone else who posesses such a creature....

head thee straight to Riverfront Aquariums, that's where Andrew picked the beast up....

Judging by some of the sloppy cell phone pictures I see from my uncle in Oman, and a couple people I know in Iraq the creature I possess could triple in size....which actually kind of creeps me out
