    Default Savvy Pants

So hubby and I pulled the trigger on this little looker last weekend. After a 2 hour session of smushing cocopete bricks down and setting up a tank. I think its safe to say he's here to stay!!

He's a little sassy, but havent really had any issues yet. He's in a 6 foot enclousure right now, currently planning an 8 foot x 4 x 4 enclosure to let him dig to his hearts content lol.

Plus he loves head on shrimp I am finding! We got him from BBell and he comes with a bit of a shaky start to life (missing tail tip and some toes) but she ensured that he got past that and is completely healthy (and pudgy).

His name is "Goonie" (or so I seem to recall haha)

Nice looking Sav. I hear ya on the space thing, tough to keep the wandering space needing herps like torts & monitors. It's why I like to keep smaller torts & if I do monitors it'll be teeny monitors too lol.

Yup... the big guys draw you in and then you want more. 2 tegus, 3 monitors and an iguana and I still have to put on my "I will behave" face when I visit J&Js.

    Great new Addition!

I cant wait until I am able to find me a nice little monitor. Chaotic Exotics in Medicine had had some 3" Savs there yesterday I was able to just say no.

There is a big monitor tank on Kijiji wih those dimensions if your looking for a bigger tank. Its been on there a while so you might be able to get it for cheap.
