So long story short I have been working down the girlfriend on the idea of adding a slithering member to the family zoo, but still up in the air about what kind of said reptile.
The main question to any of you fellow zookeepers is ; how do your snakes react to your dogs/ other fast moving animals around the house?
We have one of those living rooms were the walls and corners are filling slowly with terrariums and enclosures and we like it that way so we can observe everything, but it means the 2 dogs are constantly beating the crap out of each other mid room and I wouldnt want constant exposure to seeing fast movements making a snake edgy.
Am I paranoid or will this cause issues?
