Thanks Mark, I appreciate the help.

On another note, I would like to now change the number of open board positions from 3 to 4 now. Another board member has stepped down (unfortunately not the one who everyone would have liked), and we are now down 4 incredible people in less than two weeks.

It is Extremely tough on myself and the remaining board members to go through something like this. We are literally left watching the Society fall apart in front of our very own eyes. It is a shame that the one responsible for this still refuses to see the error in their ways.

So of the 11 Board postions there are now 4 openings then?
Are the 4 openings all for General Board Members or is TARAS requiring other positions to be filled now as well?
Whats the chance of listing whom is still on the current Board & the postions held by them so folks can see where things currently stand & which postions are requiring someone to stepup.

KUDOS to those weathering the storm, sucks that you folks are having to be put thru all of this.
Also those that stepped down due to their own personal reasons & such THX for volunteering to begin with!
Hold your heads up & remember despite everything there are those of us that understand & sincerely appreciate your efforts!
They are not in vain.

Well as I understand the board still stands at:

Jess: President
Rob: Vice - president
Mandie: Treasurer
Teena: Board member
Cody : Board member
Kyle: Board member

If you call a revote and the remaining 6 (not including Andrew) vote to remove him, you have your 75% majority.

If the board is willing to do the right thing Jess needs to be calling a meeting for the 29th today so that you can revote.

Edit: It also should not be a suspension of his member ship it should be a revocation for 2 years. Give him plenty of time and he still won't understand what he did wrong but he might.
