Default Big Thank you to All of the Volunteers and Vendors!

I just wanted to give a big thanks to all the people who made this show possible! Without the vendors or all of the hard working volunteers, we would not have been able to put together such an amazing show!

We ended up with right around 2,000 total visitors for the entire weekend. Although we were hoping for a bit more, we really can't complain. It seemed like most of the vendors did fairly well, and I was happy to hear a lot of great feedback from everyone who was vending (as well as everyone who attended).

If you have any suggestions on things we can improve on (whether you came as a guest, a vendor, or even a volunteer), please feel free to let us know.

Thanks again everyone for all your help in making this such a success!

    Cheers,

    Rob

I agree, great show, great bunch of volunteers, very well set up and executed and I didn't hear of many complaints or glitches.

One HUGE suggestion though would be to have coffee/tea set up in the back room for volunteers and vendors...hard to get away from a table as a vendor if you're on your own to go to the food truck or drive to Tims... I know McDonalds and Tim Hortons will often supply coffee, cups and supplies free of charge to non profit groups too-great PR for them..may be worth pursuing.

We will definitely take this suggestion into consideration Tracey! The Tim Horton's coffee in the giant thing they supply stays tasty and hot for quite awhile.

Super appreciated when TARAS (Jess) was around with water as I was there by myself as well & never made it outside until the end of the day either day.
Only left the table to wander as its a small venue, easy to see the entire layout if you are tall & a few bathroom breaks where I had someone watch it for five minutes or so, Mark
P.S. also THX for the "meals" all weekend, Tracey provided breakfast on sat (muffin), TARAS had lots of Pizza & drinks for sat nite & cake for breakfast & lunch on Sunday!

There was supposed to be coffee there......the person arranging it had forgotten. I had brought all the supplies for it.
