Fall 2012 CRE booking now open again

Hello!


I am happy to announce table bookings for the Calgary Reptile Expo fall show are now open! We are now properly setup through Karelo for easier payment processing!


The Fall CRE runs September 15^th and 16^th at the Midsun Community Center in Calgary from 10-5 on Saturday and 11-4 on Sunday for the public. The Spring CRE was a fantastic success making it one of the most successful and largest shows TARAS has put on! We have lined up an awesome roster of advertising including Calgary's Child, Calgary Sun, Patterson Billboards and Ctrain Billboards, Postering, School mailouts and ticket competitions, and several other media offers coming in for tv and radio appearances!


Please follow the link below to book your table! Please note there is a discounted table rate for TARAS members! If you have any additional requests for the weekend of the show please fill it in the comments section and we will do our best to meet your requests.

Prices are as follows:


Member price is $50 for the first table and $70 each additional table to a maximum of three tables.
Non-member price is $70 each table.


Please note as of September 2^nd 2012 all table rates increase to $100ea.


The CRE also prides itself in being both a show and an educational event for the public. If you are interested in volunteering for the show there are plenty of positions we are looking to fill for this awesome weekend. If you are interested in running a display table, please fill out the same form through the Karelo link and we will contact you to confirm once we have all our vendors booked.

Not really a big fan of having to sign up for a separate site that I've never heard of just to book a table, I get enough junk email already lol. We'll see how it goes.

I got it to work, found it fairly glitchy at first but I did like that it gives instant confirmation plus lets you know that there are tables etc or you are booking based on waiting list etc...looking forward to this show guys!!

I have used them through another club for a few years no issues with spam and next show when you book
tables there will be a lot less to enter.
On the back end taking bookings it makes life a lot better.

It also reduces the risk to all party's in terms of taking credit card info. It is all done by secure form.

Well I must say it went quicker & more smoothly than I expected. I like that they have the interact payment option as well. Thumbs-up.
