We have ongoing need your digital photos [or good quality scans]. Pictures should be in JPG or other common graphics format [GIF, PNG, BMP, etc - NOT RAW!] and be of the highest available resolution, but need not exceed 4000 pixels. Pictures should be emailed to , and include the photographer's full name and community, date [year] of each photo [all 2012 for the request below], and any additional information relevant to each photo. For the initial purposes, no details are required, but later usage might be dependant upon available facts. Photos may also be linked to this thread from public sharing sites, or uploaded directly. Please don't link photos larger than 1500 pixels.

If you provide a link to a hosted site containing a set of images, please also include a brief statement of release, indicating your ownership of the photos and your permission for TARAS to use designated images for non-profit purposes.

We currently are in urgent need of photos from:
2012 spring CRE [TARAS spring show and sale];
2012 AREM [I don't expect much for photos, but would be glad to see what exists]; and
2012 Calgary Pet Expo.

Pictures need not be limited to animals, and where events are concerned, should include anything people, places, and things associated with the event.
