One of my asf colony's is dying off fast like 5 a day they just lay there hyperventilating then it stops and they die! What do I do should I kill off the colony to avoid diseae or illness from spreading? Has this happened before to anyone else? What should I do need advice!

    How old are they?
What is the ventilation like in your bins?
Do you see any tumors growing on them?
Do they have access to food and water at all times?
Do you have them in an area with high CO2 level ie Garage by the water heater?

My buddy had this happen to his colony. What died died and he was left with 6 or 7 females. He introduced a new unrelated male and hasnt had a problem since. Maybe inbreeding is causing it?

Too much inbreeding could have brought about a fatal gene flaw in all of them yep.
When breeding rodents one continualy has to bring in unrelated stock.
When I bred mice I would grab new groups of males every couple generations & also make sure that daughters & sons were not bred back to mothers & fathers etc.
