    Default Spider Identity Challenge

I recently received a quantity of tarantulas. As usual, the majority were unlabeled. In addition, the invoiced names did not match the ordered names, and the shipped quantities didn't match the invoiced quantities.

    Ordered; Invoiced; Identified as
Theraphosa sp.; Theraphosa blondi; Theraphosa stirmi
Cyriopagopus paganus; Cyriopagopus paganus; Haplopelma vonwirthi
Acanthogonatus francki; Cyclosternum fasciatum; not identified
Haplopelma lividum; Haplopelma lividum; Haplopelma lividum
Paraphysa manicata; Paraphysa manicata; Paraphysa manicata [in part]
Phormictopus cancerides; Phormictopus cancerides; Phormictopus cancerides [?]
Acanthoscurria insubtilis; Acanthoscurria insubtilis; Acanthoscurria insubtilis
Euathlus sp. Blue; Euathlus sp. Blue; label “MB” - Euathlus sp. Blue
Euathlus sp. Green; Euathlus sp. Green; label “MG” - Euathlus sp. Green
not ordered; not invoiced; Euathlus sp.
Avicularia avicularia; Avicularia avicularia; Avicularia avicularia
Psalmopoeus irminia; Psalmopoeus irminia; Psalmopoeus irminia

So here's the challenge: identify the following photos, and if you can, say WHY you make the ID you do. Some species may occur more than once, some not at all, and it's entirely possible that an animal may NOT be one of the names listed above. I did not photograph those believed to be Avicularia or Haplopelma vonwirthi, as I have photographed these before.
I have high confidence of the correct ID of the following:
    Theraphosa stirmi, Avicularia avicularia
I have moderate confidence of these:
Haplopelma lividum, H.vonwirthi, Euathlus spp., Psalmopoeus irminia, Acanthoscurria insubtilis
I have low, mixed, or no confidence of these:
Cyriopagopus paganus, Acanthogonatus francki, Cyclosternum fasciatum, Paraphysa manicata, and Phormictopus cancerides.

    I'm not a spider guy but I know a few of those;
    A is a T.stirmi kuz the joints aren't hairy like a blondi.
B is a Haplopelma lividum, I know the difference kuz i had a H. schmidti.
and F looks like a P. irminia juvi

    Dunno bout the others.

I agree entirely, and *I* am not a spider guy. I do, however, have the description of T.stirmi, and of Lasiodora spinipes [possibly the same species, but an older name]. Those, however, are the easy ones...more or less. I have issues identifying Haplopelma lividum versus Phormictopus cancerides, as without specific features, they can look very similar...and BOTH were supposed to be in this shipment.

Here's what I have for guesses thus far

A: theraphosa stirmi - patellas lack hairs.
    B: haplopelma lividum
D:euathlus sp chile (some call sp "red")
    F: psalmopeous iriminia
    G:euathlus truculentus

    Edit:
    H:Euathlus vulpinus
(Karsch, 1880)(probable male? juvies show that colouration and mature females tend to have faded and discoloured lower femurs, not dark like that but may have been close off a molt)
    Ihormictopus auratus
E:Acanthoscurria antillensis (although that one has me a bit stumped)
C:euathlus sp chile (some call sp "red") although not really sure

    Those are my final guess.
