Proudly announcing the second annual Naturally Exotic Reptile Show and Sale!

August 11 – 12, 2012 at the Bonnyville Centennial Center (same as last year).

Saturday 10am - 5pm, Sunday 10am – 4pm

We have a couple new things in store for the vendors this year and the vendor package can be downloaded here.

Bonnyville is a small community approximately 2.5 hours north east of Edmonton. Home to 6400 people, the surrounding communities (within approximately an hour’s drive) bring the population to 56,000.

Last year’s show saw 1463 tickets sold (children 4 and under get in free). I am advertising across 5 radio stations, a billboard, community events calendars, a banner that spans main street Bonnyville, and as many places as I can place posters in order to ensure as high a public turn out as possible. These ads will start one month before the show. There will also be sandwich boards and flags up during the show.

I have organized a few special things for you, the vendors, this year. I want you to know that I appreciate the fact that without vendors and people with display tables, we would have no show, and this is a small token of my thanks.

Offered this year –
• A draw for a 1 night stay at the Neighbourhood Inn and 2 free tables for the 2013 show for a vendor.
• 2 Secondary prizes of 2 free tables at our 2013 show
• BBQ after the show Saturday night.
• Free coffee and donuts will be available behind the curtain first thing Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning, please help yourself.
• Lodging special pricing. Neighbourhood Inn, $100/night includes great buffet breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant. *Note that this is the only local hotel that allows pets of any kind.

Bookings have started and tables are set at $20 each. Tables are 6 feet long and approximately 2 feet deep. Non-profit and educational diplays get one free table.

Admission is $5.00 per person.
