Classified Terms of Service (TOS)

1. CLASSIFIED TERMS OF SERVICE
2. All classifieds are locked (ie. only the seller and the moderators will be able to modify or post to the thread). MODERATORS, accidental posts do happen, but please refrain from posting on ads unless absolutely necessary. If accidental posts are made, they will be removed.
3. All sales are between the seller and the buyer. Classified users agree not to hold TARAS responsible for any actions by either party, and therefore will not be held liable for the actions of others.
4. The classified advertisement must contain the following information;
   a. All reptiles must be advertised either captive bred (CB), captive hatched (CH), wild caught (WC) or long-term captive specimens (LTC).
   b. Location of seller
   c. Whether shipping is available or not.
   d. Price of animal/item for sale.
   e. Contact name (first name only required).
5. Members found to be fraudulent in dealings will be banned from using and/or viewing the TARAS classifieds.
6. TARAS reserves the right to remove any ad at any time without offering any notice to the posting member.
7. Please use the classified ads to their full potential. For example, if you have 4 leopard geckos, please post them ALL in one thread. There does not need to be 1 thread created for each individual animal.
8. Only upload pictures that are yours, or ones you have permission to use if taken by another. Using other's pictures without consent is a copyright violation and is prohibited. Any such pictures/ads will be deleted without notice.
9. If you want to inquire about or check out any breeders or individuals the Fauna Board of Inquiry is the place to do it.
10. Please DO NOT “bump” your ads daily. Individuals may “bump” their ad once a week at most. Individuals who are found in violation of this risk will have their ad(s) removed.
