Meeting minutes read and voted all passed.

 

Treasurer’s report. 46,497.

 Up to date with everything coming out.

 

Potterpotties voted on price of $840 passed unan

 

Vote on new venue costs and discuss table costs and booth costs or what is being raised or not being raised- tables costs at -for members – 140  non members- 165    late bookings- 200   voted  unan 1 opposed

 

Voted on opening Booking  feb 8 voted unan

 

Cut off and cancelling date may 1st voted unan

 

Vote on deposit for fall show$1000- unanimous

 

Spend $300 more on printing for corner adds for jason to hand out sooner- unan 

 

Vote on changing the showtime for sunday show. Sunday time change from 11-4 changing to 10-4 voted unan

 

Pay myrna for designs by  1 free table at show each job she does -voted  unan 

 

Discuss issues from fall show that were not able to be discussed because there was to many new people. Discussed and worked on fixing some of the stuff.  And starting to work on issues that are happening.

 

Vote on new location and cost rectifying vote – unane

 

 

Vanessa will determine time of opening bookings once all is decided – tabled

 

Give out new meeting dates at the meeting- tabled to next meeting.
